Refund policy

What items can I return?

  • Items purchased within 14 days
  • Items that are unused and in resellable condition
  • Original packaging and tags must be intact

What items cannot be returned?

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Gift cards
  • Discounted or sale items

I received a damaged item—what should I do?

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery at trey@grovecityevents.com for assistance.

What are my refund options?

We offer two options for refunds:

  • Refund to your original payment method
  • Refund as store credit (if applicable)

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

How do I return my item?

Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how to ship your item back to us. Be sure to check your email for that information.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll get an email notifying you of your refund approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

I bought something, and now it’s on sale—can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds for items that have since gone on sale. Keep an eye on our offers, though—we frequently run promotions and discounts!
